Beef Burgers

  • 3 lbs freshly ground Beef
  • 6 Buns
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens, Tomato, Red Onion

Set the sous vide to 133 F / 56.1 C.

Form ground beef into 6 equal sized balls. Press/shape into patty form. 

Season patties with Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Seal in choice of either vacuum bag or ziplock. Cook for 1 hour.

After an hour, remove patties from bag and pat it dry.\

Sear in a hot skillet or grill. Layer buns with choice of condiments and enjoy.
